Jessica found her first yoga class in 2008 as a professional seeking stress relief and mindfulness. Immediately hooked and wanting more, she began the first steps on a journey that would change her life. Jessica later earned a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher designation and is currently pursuing her 500-Hour advanced studies at Yoga Yoga to deepen her teaching and personal practices.

Students can expect a safe space where they are encouraged to find what they need from the practice without judgment. She supports students to tune-in with curiosity and to look to their inner teacher for guidance. When Jessica is not on the mat, she is an event planner and enjoys reading, cooking and relaxing with her husband and dog-child (a.k.a. the yoga mat stealer).
