Nicki has been in Austin for over a decade, transplanted from NYC by way of a Corporate career in Video production. Yoga and meditation have been a part of her life for more than 20 years; she has embraced her personal practice to help manage the stress of the corporate world as well as some health challenges along the way.
Nicki is certified in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy working privately with clients to reduce the symptoms of anxiety, stress, and PTSD. She often incorporates much of this work in her public classes and in workshops. Nicki guides her clients to discover peace in their mind and love in their heart. She truly wants everybody to receive the beautiful benefits this practice offers.
