ALL LEVELS (Yoga for everybody)
Great for students brand new to the practice or those looking to get more substance and explanation. A great way to learn the basics with other beginners in a nurturing and soothing environment.
Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced yoga in the world. Using postures (asana) and breath work (pranayama) that helps reduce stress and builds better body, mind, and spirit awareness. Cultivate steady strength through a well-balanced array of stretching, opening, and toning postures and movement/breathing techniques. This practice aims towards a soulful and sustainable lifestyle by moving through slower, deeper work. Expect to focus, drain tension, lengthen your limbs and strengthen your core and legs! Classes are tailored to individual students’ needs; instructors will offer modifications based on injuries and mobility limitations, and select postures for practitioners of all shapes and sizes and all levels of flexibility. These classes are accessible for beginners, yet they are also a perfect complement for aggressive and fiery practices.
Yin Yoga / Restorative
Yin Restorative is for those who want to move at a slower pace where we focus on gentle stretching, breath awareness and joint mobilization. Modifications are given so that you can find ease and comfort in each pose. It is especially good for beginning students and those for whom a gentler practice is more appropriate.
All Level Flow
All Level Flow is a sweet combination of Hatha and Spirit Flow. Great for those that have never taken a flow based class but are curious to see if they would like flow. This class format allows you to learn in a non-intimidating and nurturing environment. Time will be taken to fully break down the sun salutations and Chaturanga Dandasana (four limbed staff pose) to ensure you develop a safe practice from the start. Great for those new to yoga or seasoned practitioners.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique with proven benefits in reducing stress, anxiety and tension. It stimulates creativity, clarity and motivation. An ongoing Yoga Nidra practice can help to clear emotional blocks and release bad habits. Some students experience a better night’s sleep after a sustained Yoga Nidra practice. Some even say the practice promotes the best sleep they have ever had! Join Nicki Simonich for a journey through the mind and body, as she leads you through this guided meditation while you lay cozily in a cloud of props. Allow this deeply healing practice to balance your energetic system and ultimately, bring more peace into your daily life.
Intermediate (Some practice experience is beneficial).
Spirit Flow is a fun a lighthearted Vinyasa style practice. Perfect for those looking for something a little more vigorous and challenging. Expect to be challenged, nourished, and sweat a little!
*All levels can attend BUT we recommend taking a few of the classes above (Beginner, Hatha, or Gentle) if you have never practiced yoga before so that you are comfortable in this practice.
Tapas Vinyasa is a firey, flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. Classes contain sun-salutation variations, standing poses, inversions, arm balances, some floor work, and pranayama. We focus on building internal heat through movement and breath allowing us to connect and be present within the body and mind. Room is 78-84 F.
